# Raise a support Ticket

#### 1. Click "Support"

Access the support section.

#### 2. Click "Contact Support"

Initiate a support request.

#### 3. Click "Submit a ticket"

Begin the ticket submission process.

#### 4. Click "General Query"

Choose the general query option.

Input your email.

Enter the subject of the ticket.

#### 9. Enter issue details

Describe the issue in detail.

Finalize and submit the ticket.
